Heads up, fashion lovers! For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on women’s heels and pumps that show signs of wear or have damaged soles. All other items in our collection (including sandals, flats, and espadrilles) are eligible for returns within 15 days of delivery.

Our 3-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return (Within 15 Days)

  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Package & Ship

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Please:

  • Include all original packaging and tags
  • Use protective packaging (we recommend the box your order came in)
  • Ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Exchanges: Your new item will ship within 2 business days after return processing

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):

  • Follow the same return process
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Policy

Want to swap those sandalsflats for another color?

  • Exchanges are subject to availability
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly
  • We’ll cover standard shipping for your replacement item

When We Can’t Accept Returns

To maintain quality standards, we cannot accept:

  • Items showing signs of wear (scuffed soles, creases, etc.)
  • Products without original packaging and tags
  • Personalized/custom-made items
  • Clearance or final sale items (marked as such on product page)
  • Women’s heels and pumps with any wear marks (due to hygiene reasons)
