We offer two convenient shipping methods to customers worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

International Customers: Please note that customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient. We mark all packages with their actual value and cannot declare items as gifts.

Step 2: Package & Ship

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Please:

  • Include all original packaging and tags
  • Use protective packaging (we recommend the box your order came in)

Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Exchanges: Your new item will ship within 2 business days after return processing

Exchange Policy

Want to swap those sandals or flats for another color?

  • Exchanges are subject to availability
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly
  • We’ll cover standard shipping for your replacement item

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality standards, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Women’s heels and pumps that show signs of wear or have damaged soles (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Items showing signs of wear (scuffed soles, creases, etc.)
  • Products without original packaging and tags
  • Personalized/custom-made items
  • Clearance or final sale items (marked as such on product page)

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):

  • Follow the same return process
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
